Who we serve

St Catherine’s aims to include everyone in the worship we offer to God.

Families are welcome, and we have an area at the rear of the Church that young children can find activities to keep themselves amused, or watch what goes on. However we understand that some children may wish to sit with their parents or friends within the congregation and this is encouraged.

The following information is relevant for every day:
	St Catherine’s has a loop system installed, which users of suitable hearing aids can make use of by switching to the “T” setting.
	Guide dogs and hearing dogs are admitted. We provide large-print copies of the weekly service sheet and the words of the hymns, and we are actively working on providing more large-print service books.
	With the exception of the chancel, public areas of the church are accessible via a ramp. We are happy to bring communion to those who (for whatever reason) find it difficult to get to the altar. Toilet facilities for those with limited mobility, including wheelchair users, are available adjacent to the church.
